Mr. Wu was pleased to be invited and spent half a year on the investigation and preparation. Later, with the skill he had accumulated for most of his life, Master Wu sketched three times and daubed five times, and the strange appearance of the future fish watching platform would be on top of the drawings. The construction of the fish watching platform started in June 2008 and was completed in September 2009, with a height of 19 meters and a total weight of 777 tons. The structure of the fish watching platform is two platforms and one Pavilion. The bottom platform is slightly smaller, and the middle platform is larger than the bottom platform and the top Pavilion. It can accommodate more than 100 people to view at the same time. The top is a semicircular ball, with four symmetrical strange shapes similar to wings, which is the implication of the tail of the lake monster and the wings of the eagle. Yu Qiuyu, a famous writer and cultural scholar, was overjoyed at the news of the completion of the reconstruction of guanyutai in Kanas. He wrote the plaque of "guanyutai". The coincidence of architectural masters and cultural masters promotes the cultural taste of a scenic spot famous for its natural landscape.
