Zhaoming Academy
Zhaoming academy got its name from Xiao Tong, the prince of Liang Zhaoming in the Southern Dynasty who had studied in Wuzhen. Wenxuan compiled by Xiao Tong is the first anthology of poetry and prose in China. For a long time, "Wenxuan" and later "Guwen Guanzhi" and "Wenchao of eight great writers of Tang and Song Dynasties" were the necessary literary books for ancient scholars, which had a far-reaching influence.

Pattern of Academies
The Academy faces south, with a half corridor and two-story hard mountain style ancient buildings. The main building is a library with books and magazines on culture, social science, art, leisure and tourism for reading. It also has an electronic reading room, lecture hall, calligraphy and painting, classroom, etc. The middle school is the proofreading desk, which is the place for editing and proofreading works. In front of the garden, there is a pool with four eyes, surrounded by towering ancient trees and thick shade. At the entrance of the main gate is a stone archway built in the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty (1573-1620). It is 3.75 meters high and 3.8 meters wide. It is inscribed with the title of "Six Dynasties' legacy". On the dragon and Phoenix board, it is a criminal case. Shen Shimao, a li man, inscribed the words "Prince Liang Zhaoming and Shen Shangshu's reading office". During the cultural revolution, it was painted with lime, so it survived Cultural relics protection units at the county level.
In the west of the academy is the Fengfu Pavilion, which is a place for tea, reading and communication. In the middle of the pool is the Ming Dynasty classic building. When the evening wind blows gently, sitting on the open-air hydrophilic platform, holding a volume of beautiful literature, tasting a pot of fragrant tea and smelling a tune of Qin Yun will make you deeply realize the joy of reading.
