Heilongtou port is located 62 kilometers southwest of the town of La budalin, where Erguna is located. By 2001, the volume of freight traffic has reached 6912 tons, and 8525 people have entered and left the country. The opening of ports has greatly promoted the local economic and social development, and the investment environment has been significantly improved.

Heilongtou port has completed a total investment of 13.4523 million yuan. 800 square meters of wharf platform, 800 extended meters of approach road, 125.000 square meters of port freight yard, 1225 square meters of joint inspection office and living facilities, 135 square meters of barracks of border inspection and monitoring Squadron, Sino Russian border river wooden bridge and other major facilities have been completed. Heihantou port bridge is a simple wooden bridge, and most of the ports open to traffic are large-scale heavy-duty vehicles, causing pier sinking and bridge deck tilting, which brings a lot of inconvenience to port traffic, and seriously restricts the improvement of port throughput and economic benefits. Therefore, the reconstruction and expansion of Heishantou port bridge has become an urgent task.
