Huayingshan Chinese Wine Culture Museum covers an area of 1000 square meters. With a total investment of more than 12 million yuan, it aims to let people walk into the time and space tunnel of "wine made by apes", "wine made by Yidi and Dukang", enjoy the ancient wine culture, and understand the main process of wine making in China. Huayingshan Museum of Chinese wine culture consists of two floors. The first floor displays the fermenting pool, wine shop and wine cellar of traditional Chinese wine making, and reproduces the original appearance of the origin, brewing technology and development history of Chinese wine. The second floor is composed of exhibition halls of Chinese famous wine, local famous wine, foreign wine, fragrant wine, rare wine, wine culture art wall and great Chinese wine curtain wall. The museum not only displays thousands of famous wine objects, but also displays the poems, songs and Fu about wine of celebrities of all ages, as well as the wine utensils used in different historical periods of China. It integrates knowledge, interest and scholarship, and shows clearly and profoundly the background and connotation of Chinese wine culture in tracing its origin.
