There are eight famous Dragon peaks, such as angry Buddha removing demons, Golden Toad greeting the rising sun, rhinoceros turtle watching the moon, Shengfeng King Kong, Shenlong Yushui, Jiulong water playing, Yingsong Dharma protection, reclining Buddha preaching Zen. There are also 28 natural wonders, such as reclining Lion Peak, Buddha main peak, monkey stone, seal stone, etc. The cultural landscape in the area is also unique, with eight treasures of Zen, such as Yuantong hall, Baiyun cave, relic pagoda, Sakya relic, morning bell and evening drum, Jingang temple, longtutianjiang, Jigong saying, etc.
Scenic spot highlights
Buddhist relic pagoda is an octagonal White Jade Pagoda, 21 meters high, with ten Buddha statues carved on eight sides. It combines classical architecture and modern architecture with Han, Tibetan and Indian styles. It is the only relic pagoda dedicated to Buddhist relic in Northeast China.
Longfeng Mountain
Longfeng Mountain is located in xiadahe Township, Liaoyang County, about 35 kilometers away from Liaoyang City. Between Qianshan natural scenic spot and Tanghe Reservoir Scenic Spot, the natural landscape comes down in one continuous line, with 23 natural landscapes and 5 man-made landscapes.
Introduction to scenic spots
Longfeng temple was first built in Zhenguan period of Tang Dynasty. When Emperor Taizong of Tang Dynasty Li Shimin was on the eastern expedition, he stationed troops here to command his troops. Xue Rengui built the temple by setting an arrow on Tianshan Mountain. Emperor Qianlong also visited the East. After reconstruction in 1995, Aixinjueluo Yucong, the owner of Beijing zhengci jingshe, the eighth generation great grandson of Emperor Qianlong, gave the temple five relic of Sakyamuni, which he had collected for generations. On May 16, 1999, the only Buddhist pagoda in Northeast China laid its foundation here. Zhao Puchu, President of the Buddhist Association of China, wrote the inscription "Sakyamuni pagoda". The temple is full of incense. Every year, many believers come here to burn incense and worship Buddhism. It has gradually become a holy land for Buddhist believers.
