Shanghai Writers Association generally refers to Shanghai Writers Association

Shanghai Writers' Association was founded in September 1949. The Shanghai Writers' Association is a professional people's organization formed by the voluntary combination of Shanghai writers under the leadership of the Shanghai municipal Party committee and the Shanghai Municipal People's government. It is a bridge and link between the party and the government and the vast number of writers and literary workers in Shanghai.

There are six subordinate units, namely Shanghai Literature Creation Center, harvest, Shanghai literature, sprout, little knowledge 12 and Shanghai culture.

Organization

The administrative levels of the association are: General Assembly, Council and presidium. The general assembly is the highest authority. When the general meeting is not in session, the Council elected by the general meeting shall perform the functions and powers of the general meeting on its behalf. When the Council is not in session, the Bureau elected by the Council shall be the permanent leading body.

Constitution of Shanghai Writers Association

General

Article 1 the Shanghai Writers' Association is a professional people's organization led by the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China. It is a bridge and link between the party and the government and the vast number of writers and literary workers in Shanghai.

Article 2 The Shanghai Writers' association holds high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics, takes Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of "Three Represents" as the guidance, thoroughly implements the scientific outlook on development, adheres to the direction of serving the people and socialism and the principle of letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend, carries forward the main melody, advocates diversity, fully carries forward artistic democracy, and constantly understands and grasps literature We should learn from the law, adhere to the correct guidance, carry forward the healthy trend of society, always put social benefits first, unite and promote Shanghai writers to create more excellent literary works that reflect the dominant position of the people and the real life and the people's favorite, more consciously and actively promote the great development and prosperity of socialist culture, and strive to promote the construction of a cultural metropolis, so as to build Shanghai into a metropolis The socialist modern international metropolis strives for a new victory in building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.
