This nearly 400 meter long commercial building is a combination of Chinese and Western architectural styles. It was built here by overseas Chinese from Chikan who immigrated to Europe and America in their early years, bringing back architectural drawings from abroad and integrating the local architectural art of Kaiping.

These buildings not only pay attention to the beauty of the shape, but also consider the firmness and practicality of the buildings, so a large number of building materials are imported. While preserving the local traditional architectural style, they also transplant the Western European style buildings to the land of their hometown, forming a unique style and cultural charm of Chinese and Western architectural complex.
