Huizhou Olympic Stadium, formerly known as Huizhou central stadium, commonly known as Huizhou bird's nest and enclosed stadium, is the main stadium of the 2010 Guangdong Provincial Games.
The design of the main venue is based on the concept of "flourishing stage" and adopts the form of Lingnan Hakka enclosed house and Hakka hat, reflecting the theme of humanity, green and harmony and Huizhou local culture, becoming a new "Huizhou enclosed house".

Huizhou Olympic stadium was formerly known as Huizhou central stadium
, commonly known as: Huizhou bird's nest, enclosed stadium, etc., is the main stadium of the 2010 Guangdong Provincial Games. Approved by the 116th executive meeting of the 10th municipal government, Huizhou central stadium has been officially named "Huizhou Olympic Stadium" since March 22, 2010. This name is intended to carry forward the faster, higher and stronger Olympic sports spirit.
Naming of scenic spots
Huizhou Olympic stadium is the main stadium for holding the 13th Provincial Games. It will undertake the opening ceremony of the Provincial Games, track and field, tennis and other events. In the design, Lingnan Hakka enclosed house and Hakka hat are adopted to embody the theme of humanity, green, harmony and Huizhou local culture. This naming takes into account the building scale, function orientation and long-term economic and social benefits of the stadium in the city center, and refers to the naming methods of similar stadiums in other cities in China.

Huizhou City Center Stadium project started on July 6, 2007. The design of the main stadium is based on the concept of "prosperous stage", and the shape is in the form of Lingnan Hakka enclosed house and Hakka hat, which fully reflects the local cultural atmosphere of Huizhou and the theme of humanistic and green harmony. The central stadium is also a modern stadium of energy conservation and environmental protection. A large number of domestic leading new technologies, new materials, new processes and energy conservation and environmental protection systems are adopted in the design and construction of the stadium. With a total land area of 420000 square meters, it is composed of nine unit projects, including the main stadium, the sports auxiliary stadium, the tennis center, the athlete registration office and the national fitness square, with a total investment of about 900 million yuan. The total construction area of the main stadium is 66000 square meters, which can accommodate 40000 spectators.
