Wulonghe scenic spot will soon be promulgated as a national scenic spot and a national natural forest reserve. The main river in the scenic spot is Wulong River, which is located in the northeast of Yunxi county and originates from Tianchi mountain at the junction of Hubei and Shaanxi at the southern foot of Qinling Mountains. The total length is 58 km and the core scenic spot (Wulong River scenic spot) is 9.5 km. Development history

The Wulong River is named after the five dragons in Taoist legend. It is auspicious because of the five dragons, famous because of the Taoist immortals, sacred because of the ancient apes and elegant because of its wonderful appearance. The depth of the valley, the clarity of the river, the wonder of the mountains, the reputation of the five dragons, and the aura of the fairyland are breathtaking. It is a well deserved paradise for leisure, scientific exploration, photography and painting, poetry writing, cultivation and health care, and return to nature. It is known as "China's small Jiuzhai" and "pure natural oxygen bar".

Wulonghe scenic spot not only has magical and beautiful natural landscape, but also has rich and long-standing cultural background. The remains of the fossil skull of the ancient ape man "Yunxi man" are located in Bailong cave, shenwuling, on the east slope of the Wulong River. They lived 400000 years earlier than the world-famous Peking man, second only to the earliest Yuanmou Man in Yunnan discovered in China. The historical and cultural legends such as the five dragons holding saints, the battle of gods, Wen Zhong's return to heaven, Lao Zhuang's asking, Shangshan's Sihao, and Zhinu's coming down to earth add a mysterious and ethereal cultural background to the Wulong River.

Wulonghe scenic spot is composed of four parts: "wulonggu Xiandao health and leisure area", "shenwuling root seeking and ancestral exploration area", "Wulonghe passion experience drifting area" and "sanguandong camping, exploration and hunting area". Its core scenic spot is the "wulonggu Xiandao health and leisure area" which has been developed and built by Hubei excellence group phase I project. This scenic spot is surrounded by Qifeng Xiuling and other major scenic spots, such as "thousand pools and hundred waterfalls, five grains and three caves, two lakes and one temple". The second and third phases of the scenic area are under construction. Wulonghe scenic spot is composed of five canyons: Tianle Valley, Feilong Valley, Zhinu Valley, Fengshen Valley and Wangyou valley. Each canyon has its own unique scenery, contains its own unique culture, and confirms its own unique legend.

Tianle Valley is the first valley to enter the scenic area from the downstream. It is 3 kilometers long from Tianji gate to xuanhuangshi. From here, Wulong River Canyon will gradually unfold its dreamlike picture. It is the starting point of our journey to paradise, and also the starting point of our journey to pursue happiness and dream, so it is called "Tianle Valley". This section of gorge is full of lush green, with thousands of walls standing on it. The river is quiet, with the fragrance of birds and flowers. It is a paradise on earth for boating, fishing, watching fish and singing. In the valley, there are Tianshu gorge, Meiyu, natural bath, Jiutian waterfall, golden turtle exploring the moon, tianmeng lake, shuiyunjian, firethorn garden, Sanyou spring and other scenic spots. Feilong Valley is the second valley from the downstream. It is 1.5 km long from xuanhuangshi to sanqingtan. Zhinu Valley is the third valley from the downstream. It is 2km long from sanqingtan to juxiange. This section of Canyon, deep valley, Xiufeng weiqi, waterfall pool string, clear water. It is said that Zhinu came down here to bathe, so it is called "Zhinu Valley". This is a blessed place for friendship, affection and love. In the valley, there are Zhinv bath, Shenniu beach, magpie bridge, luhuadang (Niulang Ranch), lobster swimming, golden frog meditation, Juxian bridge, jingwenshi, Juxian Pavilion, etc. It is just like the poem of Liu Yuxi in Tang Dynasty, which says: "the Yellow River is in nine bends, and the sand is thousands of miles away. Fengshen Valley is the fourth Valley to enter the scenic area from the downstream. It is 1 km long from juxiange to Lianghekou. This section of the canyon, with its winding channels, winding streams, flying cable bridges and jagged rocks, is the best choice for exploring and seeing the wonders, seeking cultural roots and making friends with the ancients. This is the main route of the southern battlefield where King Wu killed Zhou in the romance of the gods. In the legend, Juelong mountain where Wen Taishi died in battle, and Jinji mountain where Huang Tianhua fought all happened near this valley. There are many scenic spots in the valley, such as stone breaking, Qilin cliff, jiangjunling, jiangjunshi, etc. There is a poem: "Tianting people are virtuous, and their names are still fathers. Forget worry Valley is the last valley. It is 2.5 km long from Lianghekou to Xianrenqiao. This section of Canyon, with graceful waterfalls, beautiful water, secluded springs, overlapping forests, beautiful rocks and steep rocks, is actually rare.
