In July 2007, the fashion real estate company transferred the ownership and management right of "maritime Palace" to its affiliated company Shenzhen Maritime elite Entertainment Co., Ltd. The fourth stage of "growth": eager for identity

The "sea palace" has gradually become a "symbol" of high-end tourism industry. The flowers bloom inside the wall and the fragrance outside the wall. The leaders of Tianjin, Hainan and many other cities have visited the "sea palace" in the hope of copying this leisure mode in the past. Some of them have copied the drawings, and foreign tourism magazines have also made special reports on it. After the promulgation of the national law on the use of sea areas in 2008, Guo kuizhang actively applied for the right to use sea areas, but they have not yet obtained it due to various reasons.

Event history

On May 13, 2010, the people's Court of Longgang district ruled that the "maritime Palace" illegally used the sea area and strictly ordered it to be separated into the designated sea area. Afterwards, the "Palace on the sea" disassembled itself.

On December 26, 2010, Longgang District Agriculture, forestry and Fisheries Bureau (ocean bureau) issued a breeding registration certificate for the reformed "sea palace".

On March 1, 2011, Guo kuizhang, the owner of the "maritime Palace", said he would donate the "maritime Palace" voluntarily and plan to open it to the public on May 1, 2011.

On March 2, 2011, Shenzhen ocean bureau and Longgang District government announced that the "sea palace" belonged to illegal occupation of sea area, and ordered Longgang District Agriculture, forestry and Fishery Bureau (ocean bureau) to withdraw the breeding registration certificate issued to the "sea palace" without authorization.

On March 28, 2011, the "maritime Palace" filed a lawsuit to the people's Court of Longgang District, suing the Bureau of agriculture, forestry and Fisheries of Longgang District for administrative violations and claiming 1 million yuan.

On April 8, 2011, Longgang District Agriculture, forestry and Fisheries Bureau (ocean bureau) dispatched more than 100 people to completely demolish the "maritime Palace".

On April 13, 2011, the Longgang District Court said that it accepted the claim filed by the "maritime Palace" on March 28 in accordance with the law. On the same day, the "maritime Palace" once again submitted a lawsuit to the Longgang District People's court, accusing the Longgang District Ocean Bureau of administrative violations.

On April 19, 2011, Longgang District announced the results of the new reform of the party and government organs at the district level, and Longgang District Agriculture, forestry and Fishery Bureau (ocean bureau) was abolished.

On April 20, 2011, Longgang District Court decided to accept the claim filed by the "maritime Palace" in accordance with the law, and issued two "Notice of hearing" to the "maritime Palace" at the same time, and the trial will start in late May.
