Longfeng Gorge

Longfeng gorge is located at Xiaolangdi of the Yellow River. It is 7.5km long, with a general north-south trend. It is called "Jiulongwan" in ancient times. It is opposite to fenghuangtai in the gorge, so it is called Longfeng gorge. The widest part is 30m, and the narrowest part is 2m. The depth of the gorge is between 300m and 600m. There is a large drop at the bottom of the gorge, with numerous water drops, pools, and many rocks. The gorge has a good vegetation, including Huangguan Island, lovers Island, and Xiangxiang island There are many scenic spots, such as Sipu waterfall, Longfeng pool, Qiuyu pool, Taohua cave, Shuanglong waterfall, Tongxin tree, Fenghuang terrace, wujiazhai, lujiazhai, brother gang, sister peak, etc. many scenic spots are in pairs, which are also known as "Love Valley". At the end of the gorge, there is the site of Pujiu temple in Song Dynasty, where the legend of "Zhao Kuangyin sent Jingniang for thousands of years" happened. Scenery

Sichuan Longfeng gorge tourist area is located 4 kilometers southeast of Mingxing Town, Shehong County, 4 kilometers away from Longsheng entrance and exit of Daying section of Chengnan expressway, 15 kilometers away from China's dead sea, with a planning area of 12 square kilometers.

Longfeng gorge, the core scenic spot, is 3 km long and is a deep canyon landform rarely seen in hilly area. It integrates strange mountains, strange rocks, clear water, lush forests, secluded caves and dangerous gorge. There are abundant fossils in the planning area, and the silicified wood fossils are widely distributed and well preserved. It is a "national popular science education base". In the canyon, there are tartar cave, a primitive tribal site, large-scale tombs of Han Dynasty, and four temples since Song Dynasty. The whole scenic spot is a modern scenic spot integrating tourism, leisure, scientific research, popular science education, culture and entertainment. The park takes the "U" shaped Canyon of Longdong River (Longfeng Gorge Scenic Spot in Shehong, Sichuan) as the main line; the vegetation environment is excellent (Shehong County has been rated as the national greening model county, with forest coverage of 43% and Geopark of more than 70%); it forms a Geo ecological landscape area with low mountains and hills, mountains and rivers connected, excellent ecology and beautiful scenery.

China Jurassic Park is located in Longfeng Gorge Scenic Spot in star town of Shehong, Sichuan Province. At the Boao summit of World Tourism elites solemnly held at the Boao Forum for Asia in Hainan, Shehong China Jurassic Park was awarded the title of international trump tourist attraction. On December 18, 2009, the opening ceremony of the monument was held in China Jurassic Park. The 8th International Jurassic Congress in 2010 was solemnly held here.
