Pujiang Rose Garden

In January 2009, "xiangshuiwan ecological park" was built. With the goal of "ecological planting and agricultural tourism", the park operates micro agriculture sightseeing, agricultural science education, flower and vegetable planting, livestock breeding, catering and fishing and other projects.

In May 2013, it was renamed "Pujiang Rose Garden" and is currently the largest rose culture theme park in Shanghai. Pujiang rose garden covers an area of about 600 mu. There are many scenic spots and play projects in the garden, such as rose fields, colorful flower slopes, beaches, strange stones, small wooden houses, woods, grasslands and streams. There are more than 120 varieties of roses from all over the world. In addition, there are many colorful flowers, such as Dutch chrysanthemum, pansy and Photinia.

Garden introduction

Shanghai Pujiang rose garden is located at 41 Xianxin Road, Xinfeng village, Pujiang Town, Minhang District, Shanghai. In 2012, preparations for the construction of rose theme garden began, and the new park will be built into a large-scale eco-tourism experience base integrating rose appreciation, love and marriage tourism, snack catering, agricultural science education and leisure agriculture.

Pujiang rose garden project is located at 41 Xianxin Road, Xinfeng village, Pujiang Town, Minhang District, Shanghai. The property right of the land used in the park plan is clear, and there is a clear boundary with the surrounding farmland and farmhouses. The rose garden is 22.5 km away from the people's Square in the city center and 17 km away from Lupu Bridge. It is about 7 kilometers from Huangpu River in the West. It is adjacent to Xianxin road in the south, West Heli road in the north, Sanlu highway and Puxing highway in the west, Linhai highway in the East, Shenjiahu expressway connecting Pudong Airport in the north, and outer ring expressway connecting Pudong Airport in the north. There are many expressways leading to other provinces and cities.

Shanghai has a subtropical monsoon climate near the river and the sea. The main climate features are warm in spring, hot in summer and cool in autumn. It's cold in winter. The annual rainfall is moderate. The annual average sunshine is 1400 hours, which is suitable for rose varieties. Because of the dense population in Shanghai, it has obvious urban "heat island effect". The average temperature of the project site is 2-4 ℃ lower than that of the urban area, which is suitable for summer.

Pujiang rose garden is located in Pujiang town with dense river network. Zhaoli port flows through it in the South and old Yantie port passes through it in the north. The surface water and groundwater resources are very rich, and the groundwater level is shallow. Generally, when the groundwater is excavated 3-5 meters down, there is groundwater seepage. The water quality is good and can be used for natural irrigation.

The land used is paddy field, vegetable field and peach garden which belong to Fengcun village. It is far away from industrial area and densely populated area, and there is no soil pollution problem. Most of the soil layers in the park are deep, fertile, with high content of organic matter. The pH value of the soil is suitable for plant growth and belongs to paddy soil. Suitable for rose varieties.

Design concept

The design concept of the project: "Rose Bay, love sea, ancient farming, new agriculture, Taxus, health forest, water purification, wetland" Among them, "Rose Bay, love sea" is closely related to love and wedding. Customer positioning: for young couples, wedding activities and wedding anniversary, holiday leisure tourists.

The project is based on Rose Manor landscape and agricultural characteristic industry, closely linked to love and marriage, highlighting experience, interaction and leisure tourism.

Zoning

Pujiang rose garden is divided into five districts.

Area a (rose production area): it is mainly used for greenhouse cultivation, research and development of flower varieties, and flower science education.

Area B (rose love experience area): take love as the theme, build outdoor theme Sightseeing Garden: Rose Garden, love sea, LIANLI garden, marriage Museum.

Area C (agricultural culture exhibition area): with agricultural culture as the theme, there are all kinds of waterwheel, tea shop, wind and rain corridor and traditional agricultural facilities, so that urban people can experience a rare cultural return.
