Shenyang Fangyuan building is located in Shenyang Financial and Trade Development Zone. It is designed by C.Y. Lee amp; partners of Taiwan. It covers an area of 5580 square meters, with a total construction area of 48000 square meters and a building height of 99.75 meters. It has 24 floors, 22 floors above the ground and 2 floors underground. It is a reinforced concrete frame shear wall structure.
