architectural composition
Yingtan museum is not only the landmark of Chinese Taoist culture, but also the only Taoist cultural relics collection in China. One of the main functions is to collect and repair the Taoist cultural relics of the diaspora. At the same time, it is responsible for the preservation, restoration, exhibition and research of the unearthed, excavated and handed over cultural relics in Yingtan area. At present, there are 10 business personnel. Total construction area: 3856 square meters, frame structure building, a total of four floors, the Department in charge of Yingtan Culture Bureau.
Basic Display
The exhibition of cultural relics unearthed from the Warring States cliff tombs at Longhushan, Yingtan, mainly focuses on the cultural relics unearthed from the Warring States cliff tombs at Longhushan, Yingtan, and focuses on the production and living utensils of the ancient Yue people. The exhibition of Chinese Taoist masterpieces shows Taoist sacrificial instruments and daily necessities, providing direct materials for later generations to understand Taoism. Yingtan museum is the only museum in China that specializes in collecting and studying Taoist cultural relics. The exhibition of cultural relics unearthed from Jiaoshan Shang Dynasty kiln site, one of China's top ten archaeological discoveries in 2000, is a comprehensive exhibition of cultural relics unearthed from Jiaoshan Shang Dynasty kiln site in Yingtan, Jiangxi Province. "Boutique exhibition hall" displays precious cultural relics that can best represent local characteristics, supplemented by lighting and sound effects. A total of 2 first-class cultural relics, 20 second-class cultural relics and 190 third-class cultural relics are displayed.

Double series teapot of painted pottery with human face
Late Neolithic. It is 26.5 cm in height, 9.5 cm in diameter and 10 cm in bottom diameter. Extravagant mouth, bulging abdomen, two ears drooping in the middle of abdomen, high neck, small flat bottom. The surface of the vessel is mainly painted in black, and the main decoration is geometric pattern. The mouth edge is painted with circle pattern, the mouth lip is painted with serrated pattern, the neck is painted with circle pattern, the abdomen is painted with relative triangle, the bottom of the painting is painted with circle pattern, and there is no painting below the abdomen. There is a three-dimensional facial pattern on the neck.

Yingtan City Museum mainly stores more than 2900 cultural relics, including 2 national first-class cultural relics, 20 second-class cultural relics and 195 third-class cultural relics. There are four exhibition halls. The first exhibition hall focuses on the cultural relics unearthed from the cliff tombs of Yue nationality in Yingtan area during the spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period; the second exhibition hall focuses on the fine cultural relics of Yingtan Taoism; the third exhibition hall focuses on the cultural relics unearthed from Jiaoshan kiln site in the Yin and Shang Dynasties more than 3400 years ago; and the fourth exhibition hall is a temporary exhibition hall.
Yingtan Museum has been open to the public as a designated tourist attraction in October 2005. On the basis of free opening to young students and elderly groups, Yingtan Museum has been open to Yingtan citizens for free in 2006. As a base of patriotism education, Yingtan Museum has extensive contact with local schools and communities, and has carried out various forms and rich content of patriotism education The publicity and education activities receive more than 200000 people and students to visit each year. Through pictures, material objects, audio, explanation and other means, they have carried out extensive and vivid patriotic education to the citizens and students.
