"Ginkgo" represents the respect for Ginkgo biloba, the oldest tree species on the earth. Gingko tree is also known as living fossil. Its survival is a unique phenomenon on the earth, as if it exists in myth. "Ginkgo" inspired Eddie F. Mueller's music. In this garden, eddy "planted" complex instrumental themes, trying to symbolize the prosperity of ginkgo trees. Eddy's music stimulates the listener's senses. He also used Shakespeare's motto: I want to stir people's hearts.

Eddy F. Mueller produced 11 records and CDs under the pseudonym Birdy. Birdy's music is widely employed in more than 2000 films, videos and commercial products by audio experts and selected sound, the music library of EMI in Hamburg.

That's why eddy has been working for the music library for many years. Although it's easy to hear his music in the advertisements of famous albums and famous brand products, eddy has a long cherished idea: music should not be limited by a specific purpose. So, inspired by the German TV feature film "Ginkgo biloba the hope of leaves", eddy finally set up his own music studio, ginkgo garden. Ginkgo Garden's music creates an atmosphere of relaxation, meditation, massage and healing. No matter when and where, people can enjoy the sweetness of pure music.

Mueller was active in Hagen, Germany as early as the 1970s. He played guitar, keyboard and organ in several bands such as Pegasus, Mandrake and Nena ("99 luftballons"). After accumulating considerable music experience, he founded his own music studio Birdy in the 1980s. Since then, he has released 11 albums (including LP and CD) under the name of birdy, and participated in the music production of more than 2000 films, TV and video tapes. He has become a leader in this industry in Germany. In 1993, Mueller got inspiration from a German documentary film and invited his good friend atsuko Kato, a Japanese oil painter, to paint the cover of his album, thus completing the first album released under the name of Ginkgo Garden. Three years later, Ginkgo Garden's second album came out and quickly became a hit. Mueller, with its unique harmonious voice, has conquered the ears of countless music fans and become a hot new age musician.
