The southern part of the courtyard was the former site of sun Mingfu and Shi Jie, the scholars of the Northern Song Dynasty. In the early years of Jin Dading, the ancestral hall of Lu Liang was founded here. The teahouse was built in 1965.

There are 90 steles in the courtyard, of which more than 70 are embedded in pavilions and East walls. Famous steles include Zhang Heng's four thoughts, Cao Zhi's flying dragon, Lu Ji's Taishan chant, Mi Fu's the first mountain, Emperor Qianlong's dengdai poem, Deng Yingchao's "climbing Taishan to see the magnificence of the motherland's mountains and rivers", Zhu De's poem stele, Chen Yi's poem stele, Liu Haisu's "Hanbai", Shu Tongshu's "Hanbai Linghan", and Sha Menghai's "Dangxiong shengstratiform clouds, Jue canthus into the bird".
