Cengang bridge is the first sea crossing bridge in the island connecting project. It was started on September 26, 1999 and completed on July 28, 2001. Cengang bridge crosses Cengang waterway and connects Cengang and Lidiao island. The bridge is 793 meters long, 22.5 meters wide, two-way four lane. The main bridge is a three span 50 meter simply supported and then continuous prestressed concrete T-beam with navigation grade of 300 tons, navigation net height of 17.5 meters and navigation net width of 2 × 40 meters. Xiangjiaomen Bridge
Xiangjiaomen bridge is the second sea crossing bridge of Zhoushan mainland Island connecting project. The construction started on December 25, 1999 and was completed on December 12, 2002.
