Located between Guangda road and bay17 middle road in Taijiang District, Fuzhou chating Park was built in 1986 with an area of 3.57 hectares, including 2 hectares of water surface. The north gate of the park connects to Qunzhong Road, and the east gate to Guangda middle road. There are three ancient banyan trees in the park, covering several mu of shade. There are a stage, a concert hall, a chess hall, a reading room and a tea room.

Scenery in the park

In 2006, the park was rebuilt, including demolishing illegal buildings, removing garbage, renovating antique buildings, renovating walls, leveling garden roads, paving stone or floor tiles; two bridges were built across the lake, one is stone arch bridge, mingzuiyue bridge, the other is wooden structure reinforced concrete flat bridge; more than 100 square meters of stone terrace was built on the north bank, flowers were in full bloom in the flower beds, and benches were scattered; more than 10 bridges were built The stone tables and benches made of Zhang Nan'an's green stone carvings are elegant and unique, and the newly-built flower garden is planted with precious flowers from southern China, which is pleasing to the eye. The main building is a wooden two-way hall, which is now divided into a painting and calligraphy exhibition hall and a photography exhibition hall. There is a big rockery in the patio, which is made by chopping stones with axes. It is powerful and natural. More than 1000 trees with southern characteristics are planted in the garden, and more than 4600 square meters of lawns are laid.
