history
Wenham street is the coastline of Sheung Wan in the early colonial period. With the reclamation of Wenxian in 1852 and the reclamation of more than 100 years later, Wenxian street is a certain distance from the present coastline. On the other hand, due to the low terrain, flooding often occurs during heavy rain or spring tide.
