Introduction to the exhibition hall

Asia International Expo is a world-class venue for exhibitions and activities. The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government has commissioned LV Yuanxiang architects to play the role of architectural design and overall planning for its public-private development projects. The site is provided by the Hong Kong Airport Authority. With a construction area of 112840 square meters and a rentable area of 70000 square meters, the project is suitable for holding exhibitions, conferences, concerts, sports and various cultural and recreational activities. There are 10 single storey, pillarless pavilions on the ground, including a world-class exhibition and convention venue, Asia world arena, the largest multi-purpose indoor performance venue in Hong Kong, which can accommodate 14000 people, and a world-class exhibition and convention venue, Asia World Summit, which can accommodate 700-3800 people, the largest and latest indoor Summit combination and banquet facilities in Hong Kong.

This modern facility is equipped with a perfect sea, land and air transportation network, which is connected with cities in the Pearl River Delta and global commercial cities.

Architectural design

The construction of the Asia Expo is divided into two phases: the first phase is to build about 60000 square meters exhibition hall and related auxiliary facilities. The second phase will build about 40000 square meters of exhibition venues and other ancillary facilities, a total of about 100000 square meters. Considering the air altitude control, horizontal development is chosen in the design of the project, which makes it easier for the venues to be flexibly combined and converted into large conference venues, central stage performance halls, or other cultural and sports events. With reference to the shape of the aircraft, the streamline design is adopted for the appearance of the project to enhance the sensory effect.

There are 10 modern exhibition halls in the exhibition hall, all of which are designed with columnless large-span steel frame structure. The eight exhibition halls on the first floor are lined up on the left and right sides, pointing to the broad Central Avenue, making it easy for people to guide to different halls and other venues. The exhibition hall can be opened and closed at any time to hold exhibitions of different scales. The exhibition area can be increased from 5700 square meters to about 48000 square meters. There are two independent large exhibition halls in the venue, which can provide exhibition area of no less than 10000 square meters.

In addition to the exhibition hall, there are business office, conference room, shopping restaurant, banquet hall, dressing room and backstage facilities for entertainment. All the above indoor venues not only consider the requirements of sound and sound insulation, but also fully evaluate and design the power, information, air conditioning and fire prevention systems, so as to provide a high level, high efficiency and comfortable exhibition venue for exhibitors and visitors.

Exhibition facilities

Asiaworld has many top international exhibition facilities, which fully meet the different needs of exhibition organizers, exhibitors and visitors. The exhibition hall will provide more than 70000 square meters of rental space, including 10 single floor pillarless pavilions. The facilities are extremely perfect, providing more than 66000 square meters of exhibition area. There is also an Asian International Expo arena, which is suitable for performing venues. It is equipped with highly sound insulation, star level backstage facilities and flexible combined seating system, which can accommodate 13500 people. All pavilions can be used independently or together with other pavilions to meet the needs of different types of exhibition activities.

Conference room situation

Asiaworld has a series of perfect conference facilities, ranging from small meetings with 12 people to large-scale activities with more than 30000 participants. In addition, the conference center on the second floor, in addition to the incomparable sea view restaurant, also provides a variety of catering services to choose from.
