Huoshen temple was built in 632, the sixth year of Zhenguan in Tang Dynasty, 1346, 1605, and 1759. It is commonly known as the temple of fire. The temple of fire god faces south in the north and enters the courtyard three times. The gate of the temple of fire faces east, opens on the southeast corner of the temple, and faces di'anmenwai street. There used to be a archway inside and outside the gate, but it has been destroyed. The gate is the top of Xieshan mountain, with a wide surface and yellow glazed tiles and green edges. There are bell tower and Drum Tower in the gate. Enter the gate, West through the side hall (destroyed), into the North-South courtyard. In the south is the hall of longen, which is three rooms wide on the face and at the top of the mountain to worship the king of longen; in the north is the hall of huozu, which is three rooms wide on the face and three rooms deep on the top of the mountain to worship the God of fire.
