architectural composition
The former mansion Street faces the Yuhe River, and its architectural layout is divided into three roads. The middle road is a palace style green glazed tile roofed building, with five palace gates and five main halls in front, courtyards and supporting rooms in the back, and finally a British style building built during the occupation of the British Embassy. In the end, Wang pukun moved to the north of three roads in Beixinqiao. See also kungongfu. The whole picture of Qianlong's capital did not draw the mansion, which was an open space. The original building on the East Road has disappeared, and there is a building imitating the ancient Chinese style. West Road was originally a garden, with only one reconstructed courtyard and one additional English style building. The main entrance of the middle road is five rooms wide, the main hall is five rooms wide, the East-West building is five rooms wide, and the back bedroom is five rooms wide. These buildings still exist today. Key cultural relics for Dongcheng District
The main buildings of Prince Chunqin's mansion have been well preserved up to now. They are divided into two courtyards, the front hall and the back bedroom. There is a gate, five front and back porches, a hilltop building, three middle gates, and five heavy Dougong under the eaves. The front courtyard is the main hall of the palace, with five surrounding corridors and hilltop buildings. It is covered with green glazed tiles. Under the eaves, it is single and heavy, with seven steps of Dougong. In the main hall, there is a ceiling at the mouth of the well, with dragon patterns painted in it, which is very exquisite. There is a wing building in the East and West, a five bay hard peak building with front porch.
There are two doors in the north of the hall, and a platform is connected between them. There are two gates and three rooms. There are three rooms on the left and right. In the east of Dongshun mountain house, there is a two-story brick and wood building with a traditional roof and five steps of Dougong under the eaves. It is an official residence built during the period of the former British Embassy. There are five bedrooms, front and back porches on the top of the mountain, covered with green glazed tiles, five steps under the eaves, and three rooms on the left and right. Half of the gateways were overlapped between the hall and shunshan house. There are three halls in the East and the west of the courtyard, with a hard top, covered with gray tiles and green glazed tiles. From the perspective of shape, there should be houzhao building in the north of the bedroom hall, but it does not exist now.
This mansion is located in the south of QingHan forest courtyard, which is an open space in Qianlong's complete picture of the capital. However, Yunyou was crowned king during the reign of Kangxi. Maybe his original mansion was located elsewhere, and it was built here after the 15th year of Qianlong. The main halls of the palace are covered with green glazed tiles, with Dougong under the eaves. Its pattern is very similar to that of Ningjun palace in Dongdan Arctic Pavilion, which represents a typical layout of the palace in Qing Dynasty. It is now used by the company.
