CUANBAI Scenic Area

Located in Zhaitang town, Mentougou District, Beijing, Longbai scenic area is a national cultural relic protection unit. It is said that the ancestors of the village migrated from Shanxi in the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty to establish a place where the Han family lived. This is the fortress from Beijing to Shaanxi, Shanxi and other provinces. It was prosperous for a time. It was once a place for military strategists. There are rich historical and cultural heritages in Longbai scenic area, including the old village site of Ming Dynasty, murals of Qing Dynasty, meritorious deeds of Sino Japanese War, ruins of houses burned by Japanese Army during World War II, anti Japanese outpost site, slogans of 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, ancient roads, ancient wells, ancient temples, ancient theatres, which make people feel the history and enjoy it old wine.

There are more than 400 Aboriginal families living here, including more than 100 municipal folk tourism reception families. After enjoying the scenery of the scenic area, you can also experience the rich style of ancient houses and the century old folk culture, taste the farm food, taste the spring tea, and buy the special commodities. Take the 929 extension bus to Cuandixia village 150 meters west of the subway entrance of Pingguoyuan. There are two round trips every day, 7:30 a.m. and 12:40 p.m. from apple orchard to Cuandixia (please confirm with the flight attendant when you get on the train). 10:30 a.m. and 15:30 p.m. from Cuandixia to apple orchard. There are extra cars in golden week.

Fushi road - Shuangyu intersection in Mentougou District, turn right - National Highway 109 - go to 84.9 km, get off the national highway, and then go on for 5 km.

Lianshi Road (Lianhua bridge) - turn right around shimenying island in Mentougou - Shidan road - National Highway 109 - go to 84.9 km, get off the national highway, and then go on for 5 km.
