Exhibition introduction

The history of women's clothing in Suzhou can be traced back to the early stage of rice farming economy 5000 or 6000 years ago. It is mainly distributed in the 360 square kilometer water area with Luzhi as the center. Up to now, it has maintained the traditions handed down for thousands of years: Baotou, splicing shirt, embroidered pleated skirt, belt, Baina embroidered shoes, belly pocket and rolled arm. Located in the Jiangnan Cultural Park, it displays the unique charm of women's clothing in water town to tourists by means of interactive design and live performance.
