Mingshanshi cliff carvings
Mingshanshi cliff carvings are located in gaogaishan, Qigan village, Dayang Township, Yongtai County.
Along the Mountaineering Road, two stone peaks stand up, including the inscription of "Shimen" in the second year of Zhenghe in the Northern Song Dynasty (1112), the inscription of "kouchan pass" in the Song Dynasty, and the inscription of poems by Xu Jiang and Chen xiangdao, which are 25 meters long and 20 meters wide, with good handwriting. From the stone gate to the top of the cloud ladder, there are three characters of "the first mountain" in regular script. Each character is 1.5 meters high and 0.8 meters wide with clear handwriting. The stone peak on the top of Mingshan temple is inscribed with the inscription "Gaogai mountain lion Grottoes", which is 15 meters × 30 meters; CAI Shixiang's inscription "Gaogai Shisheng", which is 0.8 meters long and 1.5 meters wide; on the east side of the entrance of Xishi xuepen, the inscription "from Shimen to Xishi, the victory of Zishan" was inscribed in 1085. On the 18th of the first month of the eighth year of Yuanfeng, Huang Xuzi, the magistrate of the county, made a record of his life. " It is 1 meter long and 0.8 meter wide. In the first year of Jiatai (1201), it was inscribed: "King Zheng Yan introduced Zheng Shou to come with him, and Gu Musheng forgot to return. There are three books on March 20, the first year of Jiatai. " They are well preserved.
