Laancuo closely relies on the side of the holy lake mapang yongcuo. To the west of her, it outlines a beautiful crescent shaped lake with the same blue color. The shape of mapang is like the sun. Their original shape shows a kind of harmony, a kind of extreme state of beauty. The area between the two lakes is the only way to enter and leave Pulan county. It is said that the ghost lake is a three foot wave without wind. In fact, the scenery here is very beautiful, the dark red hills by the lake, the color is blurred. Walking to the lake, I hear waves. The pebble beach is like a white and bright silver belt, inlaid in the lakeside. There is also an island in the lake, which is dark red. Standing on the lakeside of laonco lake, a strange feeling rises in my heart; there is no one person or animal in the huge lake area, so it is as if I am standing on the edge of the universe. Not only are the Shenggui and Shenggui lakes not far apart, but they are connected by water. Perhaps because of nature, the water quality of the holy lake and the ghost lake is totally different: the water of the holy lake is crisp and sweet, and the water of the ghost lake is bitter and hard to swallow. The opposition between the two poles makes us think of the elephant sign that the Buddha and the Buddha embrace each other, that is, the spirit of the universe and even an insect is harmonious and unified. As you can see now, the holy lake and the ghost lake are also gently undulating in a soft wind. There is no show off, no sorrow, only eternal company.
Lake laonco
synonym
Laangcuo generally refers to Laangcuo lake
Laangcuo lake, also known as the ghost Lake (lhanag Tso, also known as rakshas), means "toxic Black Lake" in Tibetan. It is located in Pulan County, Ali Prefecture, with an altitude of 4574 meters. It is a brackish lake separated from the fresh water holy lake. Therefore, its water can not be drunk by people and animals. This is probably the origin of the name of "ghost Lake".
Laangcuo ghost Lake Laangcuo is a close neighbor of the holy lake. It has the same beautiful scenery and the same blue water. However, it is branded as "ghost Lake" and has been put into another book. In fact, the holy lake ghost lake was originally a lake, because the debris carried by glaciers accumulated in the middle of the original lake after melting, which caused the lake bed to rise, then global warming, evaporation intensified, glaciers shrank, water supply decreased, and the area of the lake shrank, causing the lake water level to drop.
brief introduction
In the process of water level decline, due to the high terrain in the middle, the two lakes were divided into two parts. Local people believe that the bottom of the two lakes are interlinked. If one day the water from the holy lake flows into the ghost lake along the river channel, and at the same time flows into the golden fish and the blue fish, the water from the ghost lake will become as sweet as the water from the holy lake.
Lagoon lagoon
All the way across from the fresh water holy lake is the salt lake lakshas (also known as rakshas, 4573 meters). The water of Lake laonco is dark blue and quite salty. There are no plants around, no cattle and sheep, dead, no life, known as "ghost Lake". A narrow Hill separates mappenyongcuo from laancuo on the east side, and there is a canal (ganpa) Although it is always dry to connect the two lakes, the local people believe that one day, water will flow from mappenyongcuo into laancuo, and a golden fish and a red fish will swim into laancuo. In this way, the water of ghost lake will become as clear and sweet as mappenyongcuo. Occasionally, in a special year, when the water is big, there is water flowing in the canal.
Scenery introduction
There is a long way from the holy mountain or the holy lake to Pulan, which is next to the ghost lake. The road is less than 1 km away from the lake. Because of the extraordinary beauty of the lake, some travelers like to go to the lake to see what it is. In fact, there is nothing by the lake. Laangcuo, known as ghost lake, is separated from the holy lake by a dike. The area between the two lakes is the only way to enter and leave Pulan county. It is said that the ghost lake is a three foot wave without wind. In fact, the scenery here is very beautiful, the dark red hills by the lake, the color is blurred. The pebble beach is like a white and bright silver belt, inlaid in the lakeside. There is also an island in the lake, which is dark red. On the lakeside of laonco lake, people often have a strange feeling rising in their chest: there is no one person or animal in the huge lake area, and it is as if they are standing on the edge of the universe. It is said that the bottom of the lake is connected with the bottom of the lake. On one side is the holy lake of fresh water, but on the other side is the ghost lake of salt water. It can be said that laanzuo is also an attractive landscape.
Laangcuo ophiolite is a part of XIUGUGABU terrane, located in the South Asia belt of the western part of Yarlung Zangbo River ophiolite belt. The ophiolite is controlled by nearly EW trending thrust faults. The south side of the ophiolite is the Pulan metamorphic terrane, and the north side is the extremely barren terrane. The ophiolite terrane emplaced before Neogene.
The rock assemblages in ophiolite have undergone intense deformation and broken, developed along the secondary thrust faults in the ophiolite, strike nearly east-west and dip steeply. Laangcuo ophiolite is composed of mantle peridotite, homogeneous gabbro, diabase vein, Pillow Basalt with radiolarian silicalite. The accumulation rocks are only locally distributed and poorly developed. The ophiolite mantle peridotite is about 60 km long, about 10 km wide, and the widest is 20 km. It is inclined to the South with an angle of about 48-60 degrees. The rock alteration is strong. The homogeneous gabbros are distributed in the southern margin of the mantle peridotite, with a width of about 100 meters and vein like distribution, extending nearly 400 meters in EW direction. The rock alteration is strong. Pillow Basalt intercalated with radiolarian silicalite is distributed on both sides of the mantle peridotite, with an outcrop width of about 400m and strong rock alteration.
origin
The ghost Lake Laangcuo, next to mapang yongcuo, is a brackish lake. Because the lake water is not drinkable and there are few plants around the lake bank, it is called "ghost Lake". Laangcuo and mappenyongcuo were once connected, but later they were divided into two lakes because of the decrease of lake level. Up to now, there is still a river between the two lakes. The water of the holy lake can flow into the ghost lake. Mapanyongcuo and Laangcuo were originally one lake, but later they were divided into two lakes because of geological change and climate change. Some experts have proved that the valley where Jiwu village is located is the river course connecting mapayongcuo and Laangcuo. In the year of abundant rainfall, this river course will connect the two lakes. Therefore, the name of ghost lake is made up by people. Perhaps the comparison of laanzuo to ghost lake just fulfills the idea that people have gods and ghosts.
Ghost of ghost Lake
There is a clear sky in mapanyongcuo, but the clouds on laancuo are rolling and magnificent. But why did Laang's wrong name become ghost lake? This is actually a matter of great controversy. It's clearly a lake formed by a water vein. Why do we have to divide it into a ghost lake?
In the village of Jiwu, you can see the river connecting mapanyongcuo and Laangcuo. The river is slender and tortuous, and the setting sun is quite charming. As the saying goes: good and evil are irreconcilable. But in Tibet's namunani snow mountain, good and evil coexist, calm and eternal. The ghost Lake Laangcuo, which means "poisonous Black Lake" in Tibetan, is located in Pulan County, Ali Prefecture, with an altitude of 4573 meters and an area of 268 square kilometers. It is surrounded by natural pastures and is an inland salt lake. The ghost Lake Laangcuo is adjacent to the holy lake mapanyongcuo.
According to legend, there is a gate to the universe between the two lakes, which connects the two lakes in secret. The water quality of holy lake and ghost lake is totally different: the water of holy lake is fresh and sweet, but the water of ghost lake is bitter and hard to swallow. The opposition between the two poles makes one think of the elephant sign of the embrace between the Buddha and the Buddha: the spirit of the universe and even an insect is harmonious and unified. Good and evil are two opposites, but they live in peace here. The ghost lake and the holy lake live under the same snow mountain. There is no hatred, no war, only the desolate years of being together for hundreds of millions of years. Ghost lake is often windless three feet wave, the lake is dark red hills, color strange blurred.
Walking along the lake, the cold wind comes head-on, like the sound of thunderous waves, touching. Standing on the Bank of the ghost lake, a feeling of sadness rises from my heart. There are no ancients before and no comers after. The sky is long and the earth is open. Travelers seem to be standing on the edge of the universe, but they can't find the end of life. Sad tears flow constantly, but they are soon dried by the strong wind. Only the lonely soul lingers in the lonely snow mountain day and night.
