Tanshi mountain
Tanshishan cultural site is located in Tanshi village, sugarcane street, Minhou County. It is one of the most typical Neolithic cultural relics in Southeast China. It is a long hill 20 meters above the river from 4000 to 5500 years ago. "Fujian civilization starts here..." Tanshishan culture, which is centered on the middle and lower reaches of Minjiang River and connects Fujian and Taiwan, is the cradle of Fujian Ancient Culture and the birthplace of Min nationality in pre Qin period. Its appearance surprised the unknown min nationality culture in pre Qin period and greatly promoted the history of Fujian civilization from 3000 years to ancient times. On June 22, 2001, the State Council listed the Tanshishan cultural site as the fifth batch of cultural relics protection units.
Site scale
Since its discovery in 1954, Tanshishan cultural site has undergone eight archaeological excavations, covering an area of 2000 square meters. It is almost piled up by the clam shells, shells and spiral shells discarded by people at that time. Some places are about 3 meters thick, so it is also called "Beiqiu site". Two thirds of Tanshishan cultural sites have not yet been excavated. When they are completed, their scale will exceed that of Banpo site and Hemudu site. Tanshishan site museum is located in sugarcane Town, Minhou County, 24 kilometers west of Fuzhou City. It is only 20 kilometers away from Fuzhou, the capital of Fujian Province, and covers an area of 42.5 mu. It is the first large-scale archaeological site museum in Fujian Province. It protects the site of the eighth Tanshishan archaeological site and directly displays it to the audience. It truly and vividly reflects the production, life and tombs of the ancestors of Fujian people in the late primitive society.
The museum displays precious cultural relics and pictures from eight archaeological excavations of the Tanshishan site since 1954, which is the epitome of the labor and livelihood of Tanshishan people in the primitive society of Fujian Province; the Loess culture exhibition hall displays the exquisite imitation copper impression pottery and rich and colorful historical culture of the Min people in the slave society in the pre Qin period; the archaeological site hall, which contains more than 30 tombs, pottery kilns and trenches excavated for the eighth time The remains and cultural relics are displayed according to their original appearance, giving the audience the feeling of visiting the archaeological site in person.
unearthed relic
There are six treasures in Tanshishan cultural site, which can be called "the best in China".
The first lamp of China, unearthed in tomb 125, was placed on the top of the tomb owner's head. It is similar to the "Changming lamp" in the Dingling Tomb of the Ming Tombs in Beijing. Tanshishan people used such exquisite pottery lamps four or five thousand years ago, which can be called "the first lamp of China".
The owner of tomb 137 in Tanshishan is a young woman about 25 years old. The left cheekbone is divided into upper and lower parts. The lower cheekbone block is called "Japanese bone". Most Japanese have this cheekbone. It can be proved that Japanese culture is influenced not only by Chinese culture, but also by Japanese people.
The earliest glazing technique in China, a primitive porcelain pot and four primitive porcelains were unearthed on the rammed earth sacrificial platform beside the sacrificial pit of sacrificial dog. These primitive porcelains are more than 3000 years ago, and all have green glaze, which is the earliest glazing technology in China.
Among them, one of the 11 pieces is rare in China.
The male slaves who died in the pit were buried with slaves. In the pit with slaves, the thick thigh bone and toes of the male slaves who died in the pit were clearly distinguishable. It was obviously caused by the struggle when they were buried alive, reflecting the cruelty of the slaves who died 3000 years ago.
18 pieces of pottery cauldron, which is equivalent to modern casserole. 18 pottery cauldrons, large and small, were found under No. 131 couple's tomb, which is unique among Neolithic tombs in China. In this way, we can trace the food culture of Fuzhou people who love to drink soup along the river and by the sea.
