Xiandao Park, also known as Yixian Park, is located in guidao at the entrance of 72jing scenic spot in Longmen archipelago of Qinzhou port. Founded in September 1995, it was built by Qinzhou Municipal Party committee and government to commemorate Dr. Sun Yat Sen's planning and construction of "the second largest port in the South" - Qinzhou port.

Xiandao Park, also known as Yixian Park, is located on guidao island at the entrance of 72jing scenic spot in Longmen islands of Qinzhou port. It is called "guidao" because it looks like a turtle crawling slowly to the sea. You can have a panoramic view of Qinzhou port area from the island.

The park echoes with the central square of Qinzhou port. On one side is the busy port under intense construction, and on the other side is the quiet 72 Jing and a large mangrove forest. There is a bronze statue of Dr. Sun Yat Sen standing on the island. Entering the gate, the park has dense vegetation, and all kinds of ornamental plants are scattered on both sides of the forest road Face to face.

The park has built square, Huandao Road, Huanshan Road, granite steps, fengluntai, jindingtan, juyingtai (which can accommodate 500 people), barbecue field, planted 30 mu of various ornamental plants, such as peach blossom, Rhododendron, kapok tree, etc., and laid an area of about 8000 square meters of grassland, providing a good place for visitors to entertainment.

Sculpture

Inside the wind wheel platform of Xiandao Park stands a memorial to Sun Yat Sen, which was made in 1926. The monument to Sun Yat Sen is a cubic, pointed granite structure, 3.4 meters high, with inscriptions on all sides. On the front is the monument to the anniversary of the death of Prime Minister Sun Yat Sen. on the left and right sides are the prime minister's instructions that "the revolution has not yet been successful, and comrades still have to work hard". On the back is "the military, government, agriculture, industry and Commerce circles of Qin County stand up respectfully.".

The nature of sculpture

In April 1999, the monument and bronze statue were declared as key cultural relics protection units at the municipal level by Qinzhou Municipal People's government.

Sun Yat Sen is the highest bronze statue in the world. The base of the bronze statue is surrounded by white marble engraved with the group relief of the 1911 Revolution. Looking at these reliefs, some old people will remember the history of Qinlian (Qinzhou, Hepu) in the early years of the 1911 Revolution. This hot land used to be the base of Sun Yat Sen's revolutionary activities in his early years. The mountain is lush and green, the path is quiet, and the flowers and birds are singing. At the foot of the mountain, the sea is wide and the sky is wide, and a hundred boats race to launch, and the Star Island chess falls; the seventy-two Jing of Longmen has a panoramic view, and the boats shuttle back and forth in the Jing, and thousands of acres of mangroves are connected, and it is surrounded by contiguous seafood farms. The sea water in the sun is sparkling, fishing boats are dotted, and seabirds in mangroves are flying for food. Sun Yat Sen "overlooks" the beautiful scenery at the foot of the mountain and the ever-changing Qinzhou port, which is his true love to protect this hot land.

Sculpture introduction

Juyingtai stands the largest bronze statue of Sun Yat sen in China, with a height of 13.88 meters, a weight of more than 30 tons, and a base of 15.8 meters high granite structure. The bronze statue was created and designed by Professor Pan he, a famous Chinese sculptor. It was completed in December 1996. The base of the bronze statue is composed of 11.36 meters long and 3.6 meters high white marble reliefs. They are "general plan", "wind and cloud", "decision-making" and "co construction", with exquisite and vivid pictures.

mangrove

Xiandao park is also equipped with a small bridge extending into the sea to enjoy a large area of "mangrove". Every spring, peach blossom, Rhododendron and mahogany cotton are planted in large areas on the island. The air on the island is fresh and the scenery is pleasant. If you are lucky enough to travel to Qinzhou, visit Sanniang bay to see dolphins, 72jing to see mangroves.

Go to Qinzhou port, visit Xiandao Park, see the largest bronze statue of Sun Yat sen in Asia, visit the Xiandao mangrove area, one of the largest mangroves in China, and feel the strong vitality of the linear forest known as "living fossil of plants". Visit Sanniang Bay, which is known as the "hometown of dolphins". The golden beach is soft and friendly, the whirling shelter forest is beautiful, the face is quiet, the reefs stand tall, and the fishing village is warm and quiet. What's more strange is that there are thousands of wild Chinese white dolphins playing in the sea. Tourists can take a boat to get close contact with the white dolphins.
