Quehua Bridge
Quehua bridge was originally located in the east of Daming Hunan gate and the north of BaiHuaZhou in Lixia District, Jinan City, Shandong Province. It is an east-west single hole stone arch bridge connecting Daming Lake and BaiHuaZhou. The bridge was built in the Song Dynasty. It was once called Baihua bridge, also known as Baixue bridge, because of BaiHuaZhou. In the Yuan Dynasty, it was renamed Quehua bridge (it is said that Baihua bridge is located in the south of BaiHuaZhou and faces Quehua bridge). It was rebuilt in the Ming Dynasty, and rebuilt twice in the second year of Jiaqing (1797) and the fifth year of Daoguang (1825). The original bridge was demolished in 1946 and rebuilt into a wooden flat bridge, which was replaced by a stone flat bridge and a reinforced concrete flat bridge in 1948 and 1953 respectively. In 1983, Minghu road was rebuilt again when it was widened. The bridge deck was flat with the road surface, and no trace of the original bridge could be seen.
The origin of the name of Quehua Bridge
There is a saying that in the past, not far east from the main gate of Daming Lake (now the South Gate), there was an old arched stone bridge in the east-west direction, namely the Quehua bridge. At that time, there were few tall buildings on the North Bank of Daming Lake, and the air was not as polluted as it is now. Visitors standing on the top of the bridge looking north can see the beautiful Queshan and Huashan in the northern suburb of Jinan. Therefore, the bridge is named "magpie" and "Hua".
According to previous records, there is a "Baihua bridge" on the Baihua island to the south of the ancient Quehua bridge. The two bridges face each other, with BaiHuaZhou in the middle. Licheng county annals also said: the Baihua bridge in the past is now the Quehua bridge. In the Yuan Dynasty, Baihua bridge was renamed as Quehua bridge; at the same time, another bridge in the South was named Baihua bridge. It can be seen that in addition to the current Quehua bridge, there are other bridges on BaiHuaZhou. However, for many years, there were no other bridges except Quehua bridge, and there were no traces of other bridges. Due to the long history, the statement in the county annals can not be confirmed. The so-called Baihua bridge can only be a historical name. It is impossible to test where it is, so we have to leave it alone.
The story of Quehua Bridge
The misty rain of magpie
Quehua bridge BaiHuaZhou Qushui Pavilion
The bridge is as wide as the road and about two meters high. The water from BaiHuaZhou can flow into Daming Lake through the bridge. At that time, there were few tall buildings on the North Bank of Daming Lake, and there was little air pollution. When visitors stood on the top of the bridge and looked north, they could see the beautiful Queshan and Huashan in the northern suburb of Jinan.
Ren Hongyuan of the Qing Dynasty once had a record of the poem of the magpie bridge: the boat is tied to the Lvyang dike, and the magpie bridge looks up.
At nine o'clock in Qizhou, we went to Lake Ming.
Sun xiongzhao also has a poem saying:
Hongqiao across the green water, bridge to see the magpie.
Later, there was the so-called "Quehua misty rain" in the "eight sceneries", and the Quehua bridge became even more famous. After the liberation of Jinan, with the development of economy, there were more and more traffic. The original arched stone bridge was unfavorable to traffic. Therefore, in 1964, the stone bridge was demolished and rebuilt into a concrete flat bridge connected with the pavement of Minghu road. Now the traces of the original bridge can not be seen. But it has been rebuilt in the lake area.
BaiHuaZhou, formerly known as baihuating and baihuachi, is located in the south of Quehua bridge, covering an area of more than ten mu. There is a "baihuatai" on the island, which is said to have been built by Zeng Gong. The island was surrounded by houses. Later, due to the occupation of houses, the island became smaller and smaller. Now it looks like a small pond. BaiHuaZhou receives the spring water from pearl spring, wangfuchi and other famous springs, and the spring water from panchi (now the backyard of Daminghu primary school) in the north of Furong street in the west through underground culvert pipe flows into the lake, becoming a part of Daming Lake water. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, BaiHuaZhou had been renovated many times. In particular, in 1982, the silt was cleared, the bank was built, many trees were planted, and the sewers that discharged sewage into the island were cut off to prevent pollution. Every summer, BaiHuaZhou is surrounded by green poplar and lotus leaf fields. If the lotus is in full bloom, then the white lotus is covered with green flowers (in the past, there were many kinds of white lotus here), the fragrance is strong, and it becomes a resort for enjoying the lotus and enjoying the cool. According to the records of Licheng county annals, tourists used to get on a boat from BaiHuaZhou, cross the Quehua bridge, enter Daming Lake, zigzag in the lake, and then enter Xiaoqing River from the north gate of Huibo downstairs to the foot of Huashan Mountain. Along the way, rice beds, lotus ponds, water villages and fishing houses make people feel like swimming in paintings. After that, due to the decrease of water level, the siltation of BaiHuaZhou and the river course, and the construction of houses on both sides of the river, the river became narrower. Not only could cruise ships not go through Daming Lake from BaiHuaZhou to Huashan, but also they could not enter Daming Lake from BaiHuaZhou.
Qushui Pavilion is located in Quehua bridge and Qushui Pavilion Street to the south of BaiHuaZhou. The name of Qushui Pavilion probably takes the ancient meaning of "Qushui Liuqi". It is impossible to know when the pavilion was first built. Although it is called "Pavilion", it was originally three bungalows with east facing west. It is located in the back of the old governor's Yamen in Shandong Province, which is now Pearl Spring courtyard. Pearl spring, Zhuoying Lake (commonly known as "Wangfu pool") and other springs flow in front of the house, forming a spacious river. Water lily in Hanoi is always green. Every summer, with willow branches blowing, clear water flowing slowly, lotus flowers blooming in BaiHuaZhou, the fragrance is warm and pleasant, which attracts many tourists.
In Qushui Pavilion, there is a tea club for people to enjoy tea and rest; there is also go, which provides convenience for go lovers. Therefore, Jinan go club was formed here to cultivate a lot of chess players.
According to the scenery in front of Qushui Pavilion, Zheng Banqiao, a calligrapher in Qing Dynasty, once wrote a couplet
Three rafters cottage, two bridges;
A few poplars, a bay of water.
Wang chutong of the Qing Dynasty wrote about the Qushui Pavilion, the bridge and the people who wash clothes in his Zhuzhici of Jinan, which is a better way to see the surrounding scenes at that time
Qushuiting South recording home, Zhumen close to the short bridge oblique.
Someone was sitting on the bridge in a skirt, floating flowers between his hands.
Later, the owner of the pavilion changed to build a wooden open hall on the water, with windows on all sides. Under the pavilion, the water flows, and a wooden bridge is set up to the West Bank.
In addition to the tea for tourists, there are still Weiqi tablets to meet the requirements of the weiqi club. After liberation, Wang xiangcen, a patriot and Democrat in Jinan, and Wu Zhixuan, an old traditional Chinese medicine doctor, were frequent visitors and experts here.
One spring festival, the owner of the pavilion posted a pair of Spring Festival couplets:
Play chess while you're busy;
Make a cup of tea.
The language is popular and interesting.
In the past, there were some shops selling antiques and cultural relics on this street. Later, they gradually concentrated in the area of Chief Secretary street and Chief Secretary Street (now the front street and the East Street of the provincial government). In the 1930s, there were several antique stalls here. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, the Qushui pavilion was demolished because it was dilapidated, and three bungalows were built on the West Bank of the river to serve as a place for tea tasting and chess playing. In the 1980s, the people's Government of Jinan City considered building a cultural commercial street in qushuiting street, and built a simple and elegant two-story building, mainly engaged in calligraphy and painting, ancient books, books, stationery, etc., and invited relevant units and some experts and scholars to hold a meeting for demonstration. At that time, an associate professor of architecture and two graduate students from Tsinghua University attended the meeting and expressed their willingness to design voluntarily. Later, due to various reasons, it failed to achieve.
Quehua bridge and Qianlong
Quehua bridge is one of the famous ancient bridges in Jinan. It is a single hole stone arch bridge. It lies between BaiHuaZhou and Daming Lake in the east-west direction. The water under the bridge is gurgling. The boat goes through. In the old days, most of the people who visited Daming Lake had to go to the bridge to have a look. This bridge is one of the important scenic spots along the Ming Lake. In the past, people said that the scenery of the Ming Lake had "Seven Bridges with wind and moon", and Quehua bridge was one of the seven bridges.
The bridge is more than several feet high, overlooking from the north, near the Ming Lake, where the lotus and willows vie for splendor and the boats come and go. In the distance, Queshan mountain lies on its side in the west, Huashan Mountain stands in the East, and the two mountains face each other in the distance. The fields, the houses and the cottages are all hazy in the misty rain. The ancients called it one of the eight sceneries in Jinan. Zhao Mengfu, a great calligrapher in the song and Yuan Dynasties, drew a painting based on this landscape, which was called "the painting of the autumn color of the magpie" and became a masterpiece handed down from generation to generation. It was introduced into the palace collection in the Qing Dynasty.
This year, Emperor Qianlong visited Daming Lake again. He boarded the bridge and watched the picturesque scenery. Suddenly, he remembered the "autumn scenery of magpie China" collected in the palace, and immediately sent someone to collect it. After he got the pictures, he was very interested in the scenery, the scenery and the painting. He improvised "three poems about magpie bridge"
Flute several miles across the double lake, clip mirror wave light into the painting. The scenery of Quehua mountain is good, and the name of stone bridge is also different from that of fanshu.
Is Daming on the Bank of the Milky way? Why did he build a magpie bridge? At the beginning of autumn and spring, white elm should let willow thousand.
Yu smoke apricot fire connect empty Ding, stability Fang Di drink practice rainbow. Li and Du's poetry and Tianshui painting are all taught in Shenhui.
Here Emperor Qianlong daydream Association, from the magpie bridge to the legend of the Milky way, magpie bridge, Niulang Zhinv meet story. The beautiful scenery in front of us is real, while the mythical heavenly palace is illusory. At last, we sigh that Daming Lake is still a better place in the world.
By coincidence, it is said that shortly after he recited the poem, the empress Fucha (empress Xiaoxian) died in Zhouci, Dezhou. Emperor Qianlong was grieved and greatly annoyed. Therefore, Hongli thought that it was the ominous writing of this poem. He should have done something about the separation of Niulang and Zhinu, and regretted that he should not have used the allusion of "Galaxy magpie bridge" indiscriminately. Therefore, when Hongli arrived in Jinan three years later, that is, in 1751 A.D., he refused to climb the Quehua bridge and wrote a sad poem
Daming Lake is already the Milky way, and the magpie bridge will never cross.
