Liuxiang stream
brief introduction
Formerly known as daoshuikeng, it is located at the northern foot of tianxinyan. Strange to say, the streams and springs in Wuyishan Scenic spot all flow from west to East, rush to Xiakou and converge at Chongyang stream. Only this mountain stream originates from the North Valley of Sanyang peak, flows to the northwest, and flows back to the mountain, so it is named. On both sides of daoshuikeng, there are cangshidan cliffs, green vines and weeds, and there are clusters of Shanhui, Shipu and orchids. "The falling leaves float in the deep stream, and the flying flowers chase the rapids." Along the way, the murmuring sound of running water and flying flowers accompany each other, and the faint fragrance comes from time to time. Xu Huotong, a poet of the Ming Dynasty, traveled here and could not bear to leave, so he changed the name of the stream to "liuxiang stream". As the mountain stream turns north, it is Qingliang gorge. On both sides of the gorge, there are cliffs and streams. Looking up, the jagged cliffs and rocks are on the verge of falling. There is only a gap between them, and only a ray of sunshine can be seen at noon. In an instant, the water marks hanging on the stone wall turned into drops of rock and fell into the stream, making a very pleasant sound. When you travel here in the hot summer, sitting on the stone plate beside the stream, you only feel the cool wind and the cold air, just like a cool world. Not far out of Qingliang gorge, you can see a black mountain peak. On the top of the mountain, there stands a huge rock leaning forward, just like a farmer wearing a hat. It is said that this huge stone came from afar, so the peak is called "Feilai peak". Around the Feilai peak, you can see the jade pillar peak standing tall and straight up and lifting the sky.
Original poetry
A few miles along the village, you can smell the orchid when you enter the valley.
