Ruquan mountain

"Ruquan mountain is located in Sunjiagou village, Xixing Town, Jialing District, Nanchong City. The forest and vegetation area on the mountain is more than 1200 mu, and there are many kinds of trees on the mountain." Yang Xiuhui, the mayor of Xixing Town, told me that Ruquan mountain is located in the suburbs, less than 10 kilometers away from the city center. National Highway 318 passes through the middle of the mountain, and there are many vehicles passing by. There are buses from the city to Xixing. In 2000, Jialing District included the mountain into its first tourism boutique line (Xixing Ruquan mountain Tianba guild hall Xihe scenery Taihe egret).

Ruquan mountain

Ruquan mountain scenic spot is located in Sunjiagou community, Xixing street, Jialing District, Nanchong City, also known as xiaofangshan, facing dafangshan from afar. It is only 8 kilometers away from the center of Nanchong City. G318 line is surrounded by mountains, with beautiful scenery, unique natural landscape and long cultural history. Under the cliff of the main peak is a stone like breast milk. On the top of the milk is a spring like milk, which flows continuously all the year round. It is called Ruquan, hence the name of the mountain.

Ruquan mountain, also known as Xiaofang mountain and Ziyun village, is located in Xixing street, Jialing District, Nanchong City. The area of the scenic spot is small, but the landscape is unique, which integrates the local reproductive worship, Longevity Culture and life culture. The mountain is composed of limestone and sandstone. The top of the mountain is gentle. There are two cliffs on the south side of the mountain. The upper cliff is about 5 meters high and 100 meters long. The shape is complete and the color is gray. The lower cliff is about 5 meters high and concave inward to form a free face. The cliff is about 50 meters long and half encircles the whole mountain.

There are two hieroglyphic stones on the cliff, one big and one small, which are similar to women's breasts. They are called big breasts and small breasts. Along the Ruquan stone, there is a mountain spring flowing down. The local people regard it as holy water. Therefore, Ruquan mountain gets its name. Facing Dafang mountain, there is a Taoist temple at the foot of the mountain, which forms a complementary tourism resource with Xishan Buddhist resort .

Nanchong is one of the earliest regions in Sichuan to establish the League organization. From the autumn of 1925 to October of 1926, the North Sichuan branch was born. The party organization led the workers and the masses in Nanchong to hold the "July 7th" Liuhe silk factory workers' meeting, which shocked the whole Sichuan. At the same time, it actively participated in the Shunqing uprising, which was personally planned by the Chongqing municipal Party committee of the underground party and personally organized and directed by Marshal Liu, from December 3 to 15, 1926 The army and the warlord Li Jiayu's Department, whose command post was located in the non-staple food storehouse of the former Xixing supply and marketing cooperative, fought for three days and two nights at Zihu temple in Ruquan mountain. The revolutionary slogan "Soviet regime for workers and peasants" carved on the rocks behind the Taoist temple of Ruquan mountain with bayonets by the rebel army in the interval of fighting still exists today. This mountain has beautiful scenery, dangerous terrain, rich water resources and convenient transportation. As Sima Han Shiying praised in his poem "climbing xiaofangshan" during his visit to Nanchong in the Ming Dynasty, "Yuanluo goes straight up to xiaofangshan, and the water source of Qiankun pool is high. When you sit in Xianling, you can see thousands of beacon smoke. The spring breeze can sober up at this time, and the guest who will play the flute. The old road of the setting sun party, tomorrow's Xishan has become a trace. " Ruquan mountain scenic spot is rich in forest resources, with towering bamboo and wood, fragrant flowers and trees in bud, and 35% forest coverage, which has a good forest resource environment. According to the document No. 01 of Nanchong Municipal Bureau of ethnic and religious affairs and the document No. 48 of Jialing District People's government, the "Management Committee of Xixing Ruquan mountain Taoist temple of Jialing District of Nanchong City" was formally established on June 16, 2000 (i.e. May 15 of the lunar calendar), which was officially opened to the public. Up to now, Xixing street has raised funds from various aspects to restore and build Laojun hall, Guanyin hall, pool, kitchen, canteen, dormitory and office building of Ruquan mountain road view, and improve the mountain road, stone ladder and living facilities.

On the first and fifteenth day of the lunar new year, and on the 19th day of the second, sixth and September of the lunar calendar, there is an endless stream of worshippers. Xixing Street will build Ruquan mountain into a tourist attraction integrating "revolutionary traditional education, ethnic religion, tourism" and reconstruct four major scenic spots, namely religious temples, Shunhu uprising exhibition hall, elegant statues and forest botanical garden.
