Traffic information: self driving: Shenyang (Beijing Shenyang Expressway) - Suizhong County - avant garde toll station - qiansuo - power plant (it is recommended to take the nearest road).

Go out of Qianwei toll station to 102 National Road, turn right and westbound about 10km to qiansuo intersection (there are many taxis, and there are signs of power plant). Turn left and southbound about 5km to power plant, which is the seaside of power plant.
