Temple Street Tianhou Palace

The Queen's palace in Yau Ma Tei, Hong Kong, was built around 1800. In the past, Yau Ma Tei was a sandbank beside shallow bay. Fishermen settled down here and believed in the God of the sea, so they built the Queen's palace.
