Mira mountain is the boundary mountain pass between Lhasa and Nyingchi, with an altitude of 5020m. If you cross Mira mountain pass, you will be gongbujiangda County in Nyingchi. The northwest of Mt. Mila is the Lhasa River system, and the southeast is the Niyang River system. The climate on the Lhasa side is dry and cold, while that on the Nyingchi side is warm and humid, with luxuriant vegetation. It can be said that Mt. Mira (mangxiongla) mountain: also known as "jiagejiangzong", which means "shenrenshan"; La means Yakou. The boundary mountain between Lhasa City (Mozhugongka county) and Linzhi Area (gongbujiangda county) is the watershed between the Niyang River System in the southeast and Lhasa River System in the northwest.
Mila pass, which is 5018 meters above sea level, is commonly known as "mangxiongla" and translated as "Honggu mountain". It is the boundary pass between Lhasa city and Linzhi city. It is 248 kilometers away from Bayi Town, the political, economic and cultural center of Linzhi Region in the East and 158 kilometers away from Lhasa, the capital of the autonomous region in the West.

Mira mountain has become a sacred mountain in the eyes of Tibetans because of its high and magnificent height. There are large and spectacular Wind Horse flags hanging on the mountain pass, and the ground is covered with long Da paper printed with scriptures.
At the pass of the mountain stands a stone statue of Tibet cattle consumption marked with "boat in the snow". On the base of the stone statue, there is a big red character "aided by Quanzhou City, Fujian Province". Under the blue sky and white clouds, this statue is so conspicuous. It is the only landmark building of Mira mountain. It has also become a historical witness of Mira mountain, witnessing the hardworking figure left by Quanzhou's aid cadres here and the deep friendship with Tibetan compatriots.

Mira mountain is the watershed between Nyang river system in the southeast and Lhasa River System in the northwest.
The Niyang River region (Niyang River Basin) is bounded by mangxiongla mountain in the west, Sejila Mountain and Namjagbarwa peak in the East, the watershed in the south of Yarlung Zangbo River Valley (eastern end of Himalayas) in the South and the watershed in the north of Niyang River Valley (Nyainqentanglha mountain) in the north. Mira mountain is the natural boundary between the marine monsoon climate in Nyingchi and the inland climate in Lhasa, Tibet. It has become an important boundary mountain of landform, vegetation and climate on the East and west sides of the Yarlung Zangbo River Basin.
In the east of Mira mountain, the climate is warm and humid, which is conducive to the growth of plants, so the vegetation is luxuriant; in the west of Mira mountain, the climate is cold and dry, the vegetation is sparse, and the rocks are easy to break and fall off.
The foothills are natural pasture and farmland. There are forest resources at the foot of the mountain, including Pinus yunnanensis, birch, fir and other tree species. There are Zhangzi, antelope, bear and other animals in the mountains, producing Gastrodia elata, Fritillaria, Panax notoginseng and other medicinal materials.
