Qingshitan scenic spot in Lingchuan is located in the upper reaches of Lijiang River, 28 kilometers away from Guilin city and 19 kilometers away from Lingchuan County. It is composed of East Lake, West Lake and fair lake, with a total area of 170 square kilometers, water area of about 30 square kilometers, land area of 141.7 square kilometers and water capacity of 600 million cubic meters. It is known as "the first lake in South China". It is the largest primitive ecological nature reserve nearest to Guilin.
