4. Safety: drunk, pregnant women, heart disease, mental illness, hypertension; over 60 years old, under 1.2 meters; high myopia can not participate in rafting; in the process of rafting, wear life-saving clothing, there are staff on the way, as long as follow the basic principles of rafting: sit firmly and help well, generally there is no risk of drowning, but individuals should pay attention to the place where the water is relatively fast and hit the big stone on the side Here we are. 2. Qingyuan xinyijia station: from Qingyuan xinyijia station to Qingyuan station, take train d2101 to get off at Guangzhou north station, and then from Guangzhou north station to Wuxing village. The journey takes about 2 hours.
