Xinxian Teachers College

In June 1958, Xinxian normal college was established.

In September 1959, Xinxian Teachers College and Datong Teachers College merged to form Jinbei teachers college.

In July 1962, Jinbei teachers college was abolished.

In February 1965, Xinxian prefectural Party committee and Xinxian special office organized the cultivation and study teachers college. The college is attached to Xinxian Normal University and has 92 students.

In May 1966, Xin County special area farming normal college was established.

In August 1966, Xinxian special area farming normal college was included in the national plan, which was approved by the province from September 1, and the funds were included in the provincial higher education expenditure.

In November 1969, Xinxian special area farming normal college and Xinxian normal school were merged into Xinxian District May 7th school.
