Brick tower of east tower courtyard

At the top of Donggao mountain in Yueqing. In the Northern Song Dynasty, the Jiushan stone pagoda in Xiyu was destroyed by lightning, and Gefeng was ordered to rebuild the pagoda here. The tower is about 16 meters high, brick structure, six sides and seven levels of hollow pavilion type. It's magnificent. After visiting the brick pagoda of the east tower courtyard, you must taste the local snack (horseshoe pine). It was born in Yueqing white elephant place in the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty, named after the shape of horseshoe. It uses flour and brown sugar as the skin, and is filled with sugar core and bacon, red melon shreds, cooked sesame powder and Osmanthus fragrans. The edge is slanted, five knives are opened, the sugar core is pressed out by hand, pasted on the inner wall of the high-temperature charcoal furnace barrel, and stewed and dried with open fire, which has the characteristics of crisp skin and soft heart.

Architectural features
