Located in the east of Anshan City Center, it was built in 1950 and named to commemorate the liberation of Anshan on February 19, 1948. It is not only a large comprehensive park in Northeast China, but also the largest urban park in Northeast China. The park covers a total area of 1.12 square kilometers, with flower viewing area, leisure and fitness area and children's recreation area. Mountain scenic area is connected with Dongshan scenic area. Water scenic area is composed of five artificial lakes of different sizes, which can row boats and swim. On the lake bank, there are pavilions and corridors such as yingbilou, Huancui Pavilion and Yilian bridge, with mountains and rivers and bright flowers. Anshan Zoo

Anshan zoo is a public welfare institution under yufoshan Management Committee. Compared with the world-famous "Jade Buddha" worship site "Jade Buddha garden", it is located in the beautiful 219 park. Covering an area of 13.8 hectares, the park is elegant and quiet, and the layout of the animal viewing area is reasonable. It is a large-scale zoo integrating science popularization education, scientific research, animal breeding, leisure and entertainment.

Anshan zoo, founded in 1992, is allocated from an animal viewing area of 219 park. After more than ten years of construction, Anshan zoo has begun to take shape. The zoo has fixed assets of 3.246 million yuan and 70 employees, including 2 veterinary doctors, 58 senior technicians and 10 intermediate technicians. There are 16 cages in the park, with a total area of 6689.34 square meters. The park is divided into four animal viewing areas: herbivore viewing area, poultry viewing area, raptor viewing area and wading bird viewing area.

There are 50 kinds of animals and 700 animals in the park, including Amur tiger, Red Crowned Crane, long tailed langur and so on, as well as Asian black bear, black swan, white swan, rock sheep, macaque, red faced monkey, grey crane and so on, which are of high ornamental value.

Dongshan amusement park

Dongshan amusement park is located in 219 park with beautiful scenery, covering an area of 17.8 hectares.
