Temple creation
Yongzhonglin temple, also known as "re La yongzhonglin", is a famous local monastery in Tibet. Founded in 1834 (the 14th year of Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty) by the great master Jiangun dawajianzan. At the beginning of the 19th century, under the gate of xiraogongjie, manri temple, a famous Tibetan monastery, there were two high disciples, namely NIMA Danzeng and dawajianzan. NIMA Danzeng succeeded manri temple to Kanbu. Dawajianzan made a new start and founded yongzhonglin temple. Because dawajianzan learned from manri temple, the contents and methods of practicing classics in yongzhonglin Temple all follow manri temple and exist as a branch of manri temple. Later, yongzhonglin temple not only inherited the tradition of manri temple, but also established its own Confucian philosophy system and a complete education system from enlightenment education to gexi degree. Its development surpassed that of manri temple, so many Kanbu of the mother temple were educated in manzhonglin temple. Yongzhonglin temple, together with its mother temple, manri temple, became the two largest monasteries in houzang.
