Haizhouwan tourist resort is located in Haitou Town, Ganyu District, Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province. It is only adjacent to national highway 228 (Ganyu Haitou Yancheng), national highway 204 in the west, Coastal Expressway, Lianyan Railway (under construction), seashore in the East, Shenxian road in the north and Longwang River in the south, with a total area of 4.86 square kilometers.
