Chenzhou North Lake Park

Chenzhou North Lake Park is located in the center of Chenzhou City, starting from Guoqing road in the East, Renmin West Road in the south, zhuyechong (now wanhuachong) in the West and Chengui road in the north. It was built in 1975, covering an area of 31.6 hectares and water surface in the north, covering an area of 12.47 hectares. At night, the moon is bright and the reflection is picturesque. Therefore, it is known as the "water moon of the North Lake" and is known as one of the eight ancient Yangjing.

The southern half of the park is located in Zhangshu forest area and youth playground, with a simulated "25000 Li Long March" route, which reproduces "Tiesuo bridge", "Snow Mountain" and "Grassland" before people's eyes. The surface area of the North Lake is 12 hectares, accounting for more than 30% of the total area of the North Lake Park. As one of the eight sceneries in Chenzhou, "Beihu Shuiyue" has been praised by literati of all dynasties. According to the overall planning, the park has basically formed six functional areas: quiet rest area, children's activity area, youth entertainment area, Lake area, nursery production area and administrative management area. There are more than 40 modern amusement facilities, such as 35m Ferris wheel, double dragon going to sea, self-control aircraft, and more than 20 garden attractions, such as Beihu Shuiyue, Chayu Pavilion, fangmingxie, Outai paradise, etc. By 2001, it had received more than 16 million tourists, and now it has become a modern comprehensive place for mass culture, entertainment and rest with quiet and quiet environment, suitable for all ages and a certain scale.
