Duobaota

Duobaota is commonly known as Li junta. It is located in the west of Lijun Town, about 24 kilometers southwest of Yongning County. The pagoda is an octagonal pavilion type brick Pagoda with 13 storeys. The total height of the pagoda is 31.52 meters. On the east side of the bottom layer of the tower, there is a gate with a height of 1.3 meters and a width of 0.65 meters. Some tower floors are provided with ticket shaped doors and windows. Between the tower layers, the eaves are made of stacked bricks and water chestnut teeth, and the wind chimes are suspended at the black center corner of each brick eaves. The top brake seat is octagonal, with a Buddha niche in the middle of each side, and a Buddha statue is built in the niche. The brake seat supports the Pearl type brake body, on which there is a huge peach shaped tower brake. The inner diameter of the tower room is about 2 meters. The original wooden ladder can spiral up to the top of the tower. According to the inscriptions on the wind chime on the tower, it was completed in Wanli year of Ming Dynasty at the latest. In 1986, the cultural relics administration committee of the autonomous region carried out comprehensive maintenance of the tower. Jianyang pagoda is located in Liyushan, 5 Li south of the water. It was built in 1602, the 30th year of Wanli in Ming Dynasty. It is an octagonal seven story Pavilion Pagoda with a mixed structure of stone, brick and wood. Each floor has eight niches carved with Buddha statues. It is an important symbol of Jianyang county's long cultural history. In 1684, the pagoda was destroyed by fire. The stairs of the pavilion were burned down, and the tower was damaged by lightning. It was built in 1986. Three hexagonal rest pavilions were built around it to make the pavilion and tower reflect each other with beautiful scenery. Climbing the top of the tower and looking around, you can have a panoramic view of the city.
