Kuixing building, Chengde

It was first built in 1828 A.D. in Daoguang of Qing Dynasty. The original building stands on the top of Banbi mountain. It is a three room hard mountain buniwa hall, which was destroyed due to disrepair. The newly built Kuixing building is located on the original Banbi mountain, covering an area of more than 100 mu. Its construction scale is much larger than that of the original building, and many new contents with rich cultural connotation are added. The whole group of buildings are gorgeous in color, grand and magnificent, and well arranged according to the mountain. The main scenic spots of Kuixing building are located in the square garden area, palace area and landscaping area: Longmen, Zhongdou palace, 72 Fudi, Rongshi Lezhen hall, Hongwen hall, Kuixing main building, chengtiantai, Congming spring, mountain plank road, etc. Among them, the Rongshi Lezhen hall is the East and west side hall, which respectively worships eight statues of "Shou, Xi, Le, he" and "Fu, Lu, Cai, an". The painted images are exquisitely carved and unique. Hongwen hall is a group of important buildings in the scene, which is skillfully connected by the front stele corridor and the climbing corridor on both sides. In the hall, 68 famous thinkers, writers, artists and scientists were selected. They chose the essence of their life, carved images on their tablets and their achievements, and at the top of the tablets, there were also large wooden scenes of mahogany, which recorded 11 examples of hard reading in ancient China. There are also 16 steles with Kuixing cultural characteristics in the hall. present situation

The newly developed kuixinglou scenic spot is located at the top of Banbi mountain in the south of Chengde city. The surrounding 800 meter wall is made of tiger skin, stone walls and battlements made of green bricks, winding along the cliffs, like a giant dragon, which is matched with the main building, enhancing the landscape momentum. The main scenic area is composed of an array of imitation green buildings, covering an area dozens of times larger than the original site, and adding many new landscapes with rich cultural connotation. The whole group of buildings are colorful and magnificent.
