The modern stele exhibition is a scenic spot in the Museum of the former site of Lushun Russo Japanese prison in Dalian, Liaoning Province. The former site of Russo Japanese prison in Lvshun is located at 139 Xiangyang Street, Lvshunkou District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, China. The prison was built in 1902 by Czarist Russia and expanded in 1907 by Japan. Inside the prison wall, covering an area of 26000 square meters, there are 275 different kinds of cells, which can hold more than 2000 people at the same time. There are also inspection rooms, torture rooms, hanging rooms and 15 gongchang prisons. Outside the walls, there are kilns, forests, orchards, vegetable fields, etc. that force prisoners to perform hard labor. It covers a total area of 226000 square meters. Many people in China, North Korea, Japan, Russia, Egypt and other countries have been imprisoned and slaughtered here.
