Lin Quan Qi Shuo's Hall

In the north of the "corner of the East Garden" of the museum, the Shikumen is the main building of guanyunfeng garden. From south to north, you can enjoy the most towering and beautiful stone peak of Taihu Lake in Suzhou gardens, Guanyun peak.

This hall is a typical mandarin duck hall, with five rooms in width, four corridors and a roof with flying eaves. So it's another four sided hall. The depth of the hall is large, the spine is symmetrical in front and back, the spine falls to the ground, and the front and back of the pillars are separated by the sand horn and the hanging flying hood. The material is bounded by the spine. One beam is made of flat material and decorated with carving; the other is made of round material. Even the floor is paved with square bricks, which is different from the square and water chestnut shape. One hall is made of two pieces, so it is called Yuanyang hall. “

In the North Pavilion, people can enjoy the sunny Guanyun peak with blue sky and dark Guanyun tower as the background. In front of it, there are Huanyun marsh and cypresses, and on the side, there are Guanyun terrace and Guanyun Pavilion, which form a perfect picture of the peak. The courtyard in the south of the hall is tight and narrow, and there are "Dongshan silk bamboo" bricks on the gatehouse as the opposite view. The original opera hall and Lin Quan Qi Shuo's hall are arranged on the same axis, forming a group of dynamic and static orderly and distinctive garden architectural space, which can be described as unique.
