The pavilion is located in Liuyuan scenic area.
It is a square pavilion with single eaves on the top of a rolling shed, facing the corridor of guanyuntai in the East. The pavilion is a collection of poems and inscriptions. Jiaqing takes the poem "Jiaqing has a new lesson" from Fan Chengda of Song Dynasty; Xiyu is timely rain, discussing the sentence meaning of "Xiyu is the one who is interested in the people" in Chunqiu Guliang biography; kuaixue is the post of "Xixue Shiqing" by Wang Xizhi of Jin Dynasty. This is good for farming, and it can also refer to the scenery of the four seasons in the garden. In the pavilion, there are six pieces of Nanmu gauze, with ape, sheep, tiger, elephant, dog and lion carved on the hall board, and orchid carved on the skirt board. They are relics of the Ming Dynasty and treasures collected in the garden. The pavilion is surrounded by a curved corridor, with a stone peony flower bed.
