In the Qin and Han Dynasties, Guangzhou city was called Panyu city because there were two hills, Fanshan and Yushan. Fanshan was located in the hill area of jiusiting in the north of the former site of Zhongshan Library in jinwende road. Two companies in Dongguan and Shantou undertake the production of two glass covers in the north and the south. In late December 2002, experts from Luoyang Institute of cultural relics and Archaeology in Henan Province renovated the "millennium old road" of Beijing Road (including the remaining pieces of gongbeilou foundation site), and carried out technical treatment such as moisture-proof and grass prevention.
