Dragon Palace cave

Located at the foot of Wulong mountain, 36 kilometers southwest of Pengze County, Longgong cave is a newly discovered karst cave at the bottom of the mountain in 1978. Because the cave is similar to the Dragon Palace in the East China Sea described in the classic novel Journey to the west, it is named Dragon Palace cave.

Longgong cave is 2700 meters long. There are a lot of stalactites, stone mantles and stalagmites in the cave. The main tourist spots are front hall, corridor, East Palace, West Palace and Zhengguan. There are three stalagmites juxtaposed in the front hall, like three old people with white temples. The East Palace stalactites are in various forms, which are dazzling under the neon light. A Stalagmite in the West Palace is closely connected with the stalactite at the top of the cave. It is like the Dragon King's needle of the East Sea, pressing down a stone turtle. The stalactites in the drum hall are like huge waterfalls, which are actually composed of hundreds of stalactites. The palace is more than 1100 meters from the entrance of the cave, 80 meters long, 70 meters wide and 60 meters high. Development history
