Hongshi National Forest Park

The park is rich in animals and plants: more than 190 species of plants, 230 species of animals, of which Pinus koraiensis, oak, Fraxinus mandshurica and other precious tree species compete to grow here. Black bear, sika deer, white stork and other animals live in Linxi lake. There are more than 30 kinds of fish in the park, and the "three flowers and one island" of Songhua River is famous at home and abroad. The park is rich in wild treasures: there are more than 20 species of rare fungi, such as Huangmo, Hericium erinaceus, hazelnut mushroom, etc. There are more than 50 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine such as ginseng, Ganoderma lucidum and Gastrodia elata. There are more than 40 kinds of mountain vegetables, such as mountain celery, thorn bud, mountain fern, etc. Among many natural green foods, pine seed, forest frog, Auricularia auricula and ginseng are known as the new "four treasures" of forest mangrove in Guandong.

Hongshi National Forest Park

Jilin Hongshi National Forest Park is under the jurisdiction of Huadian City and Jingyu County, Jilin Province. The forest land occupied by the park is the key public welfare forest area of Hongshi Forestry Bureau. The park starts from Honglin bridge in the north, passes Hongshi hydropower station in the south, goes up Baishan hydropower station along Hongshi lake, goes along Baishan lake and ends at Jingui island in Liangjiangkou. The park covers an area of 28574.6 hectares, water area of 2269 hectares and forest coverage rate of 84.6%. The park mainly relies on Baishan lake, Hongshi lake and the surrounding natural landscape: mountain, island and lake are in one.

On October 11, 2018, he was selected into the list of "national primary and secondary students' research and practice education base".

Scenic Spots and Historical Sites

The excavation of ten famous ancient sites, Huaxing site and Dengshan site, pushed the history of Hongshi forest area to the bronze age. In the past, there were many famous historic sites here: the four seas Dragon King Temple, Wangjiang temple, mountain temple and other temples were built here. In particular, the moving legend of the old evil river meeting the "Dragon King" and the beautiful myth of jiguanlazi mountain and toad stone have put a mysterious veil on the forest park.

Ziyun Pavilion

Ziyun Pavilion is the reconstruction of Wangjiang Pavilion in the Qing Dynasty. It started construction in May 2007, completed in August 2009, and officially received tourists in October 2009. It covers an area of 256 square meters, with a construction area of 650 square meters and a height of 26 meters. The main structure is divided into five floors, consisting of a basement and a four storey attic. At the top is a half layer of top. In the Qing Dynasty, Wangjiang Pavilion is a wooden structure, the main body is divided into three layers, built in 1894, Guangxu 24, is a set of accommodation, meals, rest, goods delivery as one of the large inn.

Red leaf corridor scenic spot

Hongye corridor scenic area is located on both sides of Yujiang highway (Hongshi Forestry Bureau section) in tianqiaogou scenic area of Hongshi National Forest Park, with a total length of about 20 km. Because this section of road passes through the forest sea, and there are few villages and farmland. From a distance, the mountains are continuous, and from a close view, the forest is vast. There are many tall and straight red leaf tree species growing in the forest, which stretch for hundreds of miles and are red everywhere. Therefore, it is known as "red leaf corridor" and "Red Sea on land".

Yang Jingyu's secret camp

Hongshi forest is not only a green ecological landscape, but also a holy land of historical revolution. Yang Jingyu, Wei Zhengmin, Cao Guoan, Han Renhe, Jin Richeng and Guo Chishan, the national heroes of the Northeast Anti Japanese Alliance, all fought here in those years.

Yang Jingyu's secret camp is also known as "Haozi Lake secret camp" and "nangangtou secret camp". Located in Hongshi National Forest Park, 23.6km away from Hongshi (Hongshi Forestry Bureau) and Baishan (Baishan power station), it is Yang Jingyu's secret camp.

Forest tour

The forest tour bar scenic spot is located 17 kilometers away from the red (Hongshi Forestry Bureau) and white (Baishan power station) tourist line of Hongshi National Forest Park. It is located in a vast green sea. Because of the alternation of pines, birches and red leaves, it has colorful and spectacular scenery, and has the reputation of "three primary colors forest oxygen bar".

Red leaf Expo Park

The red leaf Expo Park is located 35 kilometers away from the red (Hongshi Bureau) and white (Baishan power station) tourist line of Hongshi National Forest Park. The red leaves are burning like fire and are known as the "red leaf capital" and "red leaf kingdom" of northern China.

There are more than ten kinds of red leaf tree species in the red leaf Expo Park, including more than 6000 plants, with unique shapes and distinct veins.
